Terms of Purchase

Please understand that we are a small, local business. Our customers love our fresh and seasonal offerings. Because of this we are not able to accept return for refund.

Retail items, including but not limited to: corms, tubers, seedlings, and more may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Perishable items, including but not limited to bouquets, must be picked up during the designated pickup window. Any damage or loss of vase life due to delayed pickup or mishandling perishable items after pickup are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital items, like ebooks and courses, due to their immediate delivery, are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
